For applications where you want to sand, our UP-61 primer surfacer is a better choice. Can I use this sealer on bare metal?We do not recommend using this sealer on bare metals. Our EP-21 Epoxy Primer should be used on bare metal applications. Can I use this as a low gloss topcoat?It can be left uncoated as a low gloss topcoat; however, our Kemphlats low gloss single stage is designed to be used as a topcoat and will hold up better. Kemphlats is also available in many more colors.
