         If you receive your unit and find that it does not directly reflect our description or is D.O.A., contact X-Press Micro, Inc. and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and we can replace your unit or issue you a refund. We will provide our shipping account information for returns.

• Unless otherwise specified or special arrangements are made, X-Press Micro, Inc. will ship this item via UPS Ground.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APE/FPO.
• All shipping inquiries will be handled as soon as possible. Please allow 24 hours for replies.
• Please allow 1 business day after receipt of payment for processing and shipping. Orders are processed Monday-Friday during business hours.

• We offer a 90 day guarantee on all items.
• Please inspect and test item(s) upon arrival to ensure proper operation and that there was no damage due to shipping.
