These 6 parts can fix most of the issues with PH2045 and PH2050 air hammers. It is also possible that the alignment pins on the valve halves as well as the valve halves each or either may be cracked or broken. Disassembly of your tool FIRST combined with an accurate and knowledgeable assessment of your tool parts condition will determine if this kit is right for you. Buying it first as a “Hail Mary” move on your part and then discovering something else is wrong and that my parts kit won’t work is 100% on you and 100% for to deal with alone. Getting the barrel unscrewed is difficult with all Snap on air hammers. Have the right tooling as Plan A and a Plan B because I won’t allow remorse returns. Advisory: The barrel nut is extremely difficult to unscrew on this tool and requires special tooling. If you don’t have it and attempt the removal of the nut you will likely not succeed. I include the barrel valve disc because it highly likely to be the reason for your tool not hammering properly or at all. Your tool has pins that break and may be made with high speed steel drill bits that you size with a caliper, then cut and grind to fit. Snap on does not make this type of kit available.
