Vintage wooden handle adjustable powder drams / shot oz. measure appears in good condition. It does adjust quite easily except right at the top, you have to have the assistance of your finger to push the screw out of the notch, you can not just turn it like you can in any of the other notches. It is marked “Bridgeport G.I. CO. No. 21” on the bottom. It has a small dent in the bottom which does not appear to affect anything.
